How ICBC Table Tennis collects, uses, and protects your information.
What we collect
Name, email address, phone number, home masjid, an optional profile photo, and your match history, ratings, and registrations across Tournaments, Leagues, and the Ladder.
How we use it
Your email and phone number are used only to contact you about ICBC Table Tennis activity — account approval, tournament/league/ladder registration confirmations, and admin notifications. We do not send marketing messages, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties.
What other players can see
Other signed-in players can see your name, profile photo, and ratings on public rankings and player pages. Your phone number and email address are visible only to admins, who need them to manage registrations and communicate with you.
Security
Your data is stored with Supabase using authenticated, access-controlled database policies. We take reasonable care to protect it, but no system can be guaranteed fully secure, and ICBC is not responsible for unauthorized access to or loss of data that is outside of its reasonable control.
Access or deletion
To review, correct, or delete your account and associated data, contact an admin using the details below. Accounts that have been inactive for a long period (typically more than 2 years) may also be deleted at an admin’s discretion as part of routine housekeeping.
